White Barbecue Sauce

I just love grilling in the summer! Over the weekend {the 4th} I got to play hostess to a LARGE crowd of family. My husband, John got to show off his master grilling abilities and I...well, I chopped the veggies and directed people to the bathroom.
ANYWAYS, I am still recovering from the long weekend and decided to post something that was still on the brain...
BBQ.
One of my favorite BBQ/grilling recipes is White BBQ Sauce. Its such a delicious condiment that can be used to on chicken, home fries or used to replace mayo on your hamburger or hot dog.
Its a must try! I will admit I was a little apprehensive at first. {I'm not a huge fan of Horseradish} But it sooo works, so here it is....

WHITE BARBECUE SAUCE

1c. Mayo
2-4 TBS. Cider Vinegar
2 TBS. Horseradish
1 TSP. Coarse salt
1/2 TSP. Black pepper
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne pepper

Combine all and mix. You can alter to your likings. I usually add a little more Cayenne pepper and a few dashes of hot sauce. {We like it spicy!}

Enjoy!

1. What is your favorite restaurant?
There is a locally owned restaurant in Idaho Falls {Idaho} that has AMAZING authentic Mexican food. Its called: Plum Loco...and I go loco just thinking about it!
Mexican dishes are something I really enjoy because more often than not, they are gluten free...like me.
2. What kind of music do you like?
I will listen to most anything. I like 80's rock ballads, Lady Gaga is on my MP3 {shes great to run to} and I like some alternative music. However, If given control over the car radio, I will ALWAYS pick country music!
I love the down home feel and most lyrics are appropriate for younger audiences.
3. What do you watch on TV?
I love The Biggest Loser
and Glee!
They air the same night and overlap each other so thank goodness for DVR!
4. Do you enjoy reading and if so what kind of
books do you read?
I do like to read but, seem to never have time. When I do get a book from the library its usually a self-help book. I love DIY projects and bettering myself physically and mentally. I think the most recent book I read was about Celiac disease and gluten free recipes. I was diagnosed just over a year ago.

5. What is your favorite color?
I really have a hard time picking one favorite color.
I love pink.
But my latest color obsession would have to be:
Dark Yellow!
